Frequently Asked Questions...

 

  • Can I return or exhange my purchased goods?

    • since items are made to order, items can not be returned or exchanged unless there's a defect on behalf of company. All sales are final. If there is a defect on my behalf, feel free to contact by email stating the issue. Exchanges and returns must be pre-pproved and received within 14 business days from ussed refund/exchange date. Items must have an actual defect upon return arrival. Please be sure of sizing, as items will not be refunded due to size/fit issues. for better fit, feel free to include personal measurements in the "Color" tab, along with selecting stadard size.

  • How long does it take to recieve my purchased goods?

    • since items are made to order, please allow at least 2 - 3 weeks for your purchased goods to get to you. If needed by a certian date, please plan accordingly. Items will be shipped through Fedex.

  • Can I do an express order/shipping?

    • Yes it is possible to do rsuh ordering. Just emaikl me with your order number and the day you need by and I will send you an invoice with the etra shipping fee. Next Day express will be $50, less than a week will be $35.

  • How do I pay for my purchased goods?

  • All sales are safe and secure through Paypal. Once you checkout, you'll be directed to paypal, you'll put in your information, and will be directed back to site upon completion

  • Can I contact you for custom apparel that aren't listed on this site?

    • Feel free to email me or contact me by phone for all custom apparel inquiries

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

    • you have 24 hours to make color/size changes to your order. Simply email me with order nuber and change request.

  • How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

    • Once your purchased goods are shipped, you'll recieve an email with your tracking info and number
